The SGH-Z540 is similar to the SGH-Z510 and is a slim 3G phones at a depth of on only 14.9mm. Thje Z540 is equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera with a 4x digital zoom. It has a 2.3" 240 x 320 pixel 262k colour internal display with a 128 x 128 pixels 65k colour external display. The memory is good to with 150Mb and external media player controls for listening to MP3, AAC and MPEG4 multimedia.
